AAL, UAL, DAL: Unmatched Pricing Power In Big 3 Airlines

JPMorgan upgraded American Airlines (AAL) to overweight from neutral and raised its price target to $29 from $26. George Tsilis joins Alex Coffey and Jenny Horne to discuss AAL. He talks about the pricing power of the big three airlines which include AAL, United (UAL), and Delta Airlines (DAL). He also highlights Southwest (LUV) and JetBlue (JBLU) which have larger market share, but don't have the same amount of international pricing power as AAL, UAL, and DAL. JPMorgan also notes that AAL is now 60% of its way to reducing total debt by $15B by the end of 2025 and says that AAL is ahead of expectations on debt reduction.
