AAPL, MSFT, NFLX Are Trading Near Fair Value

"Many great growth names with earnings momentum oversold in 2022 on expectations of a Federal Reserve induced recession. Data, not speculation, continues to show the stock market today got way ahead of itself recently. Corporate earnings weakened in tandem with aggregate demand, but not to the extent to justify the P/E compression of 2022. Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon (AMZN), and Netflix (NFLX) were punished in 2022 but retain their dominant positions in their respective industries. Recent layoffs show they are flexible and responsive to economic conditions," says Francisco Bido.
