Bonds Rally After Large Amount Of Buying Out Of Japan, Andrew Brenner Weighs In

Andrew Brenner sees reallocations out of stocks into bonds by international portfolio managers as the reason for the rally in bonds so far this week. He sees large bond short covering, and large corporate bonds buyers as the reason the 10 year yield around 1.5%. The US economy is ripe for bullishness, despite some of the challenges with Covid-19 figures in Europe. Eventually, Andrew notes the Fed will recognize inflation is problematic and will raise rates sooner rather than later.
