"We are a great proxy for the overall commercial real estate market because we specialize in investment brokerage and financing for private investors, institutions, and etc. From a Federal Reserve perspective, it has been a shock to the industry, which has created a price dislocation. More equity is required to get into a deal now and the debt is costing more than a year ago. Office spaces are hurting the most after the pandemic, but necessity retail spaces are doing well," says CEO Hessam Nadji.
