Earnings Alerts: AKAM, TRIP, ABNB

Akamai Technologies (AKAM) beats both on the top and bottom line as their security business continues to grow at a faster rate than the market expected. Although Content Delivery, their flagship product, saw a high single digit decline the street was expecting the contraction. TripAdvisor (TRIP) exceeded market expectations as travel demand continues to be strong throughout the global economy. Airbnb (ABNB) also beat the street’s expectations but warns that average rental rates would fall slightly as vacationers return to lower-cost urban rentals.
