Expedia (EXPE) earnings are a little bit of a head-scratcher, says Kevin Green. He and Renita Young discuss EXPE's earnings which came in worse than expected. They talk about how EXPE's 4Q revenue came in at $2.62B versus an estimated $2.6B. They note that it is confusing that EXPE's earnings came in so low while the hotels that advertise on EXPE are doing well. They then go over Yelp Inc.'s (YELP) earnings which were also released today, February 9th. They mention that YELP's 2022 net revenue reached a new high of $1.2B, and it expects 2023 net revenue in the range of $1.29B-$1.31B. They also touch on how the market has been difficult for YELP with companies pulling back their ad spend. Tune in to find out more about the stock market today.
