"U.S. home prices are still higher than they were a year ago. Housing market is cooling fast and annual rent growth came in below expectations for the third quarter. The slowdown in annual home price appreciation is noted. High mortgage rates are reducing affordability, which will translate on the rental side," says Brad Dillman.
