China Life Insurance (LFC), is today's trade of Alan Knuckman of St. Paul Research. Alan is buying an in-the-money October 15 $7.50 call at a $2.00 limit, with an 80 delta. He says if LFC does not make a major move, consider an exit on October 8 to salvage the premium. He compares LFC to the S&P 500, saying they were directly correlated until March of 2021, with China underperforming the S&P. He sees a bullish divergence.
