NCR Corporation (NCR) Plummets After Digital Commerce & ATM Split

NCR Corporation (NCR), previously known as National Cash Register, is an American software, consulting, and technology company. NCR Corporation (NCR) said its board approved a plan to separate into two independent and publicly traded companies. One company will focus on digital commerce and the other will focus on ATMs. The digital commerce company will be a growth business that leverages a software-led model, while the ATM company will be a cash-generative business. George Tsilis joins Alex Coffey and Jenny Horne to discuss the NCR stock price volatility following the announcement.
