Netflix's (NFLX) ad tier rollout isn't going so smoothly, says Tim Nollen. He discusses the outlook for Netflix (NFLX) in 2023. He believes the service will succeed, but it could take a couple of years to build a large-enough user base. He also talks about how ad-supported audiences will grow as more users switch to the service.
