The economy recovered 19.1M jobs since April 2020, but there are still 2.9M fewer workers than in Feb. 2020. Jobs data showed some people are starting to come back to work, explains Nasdaq's Jill Malandrino. She points out shortages in certain fields like healthcare and transport and warehouse workers is causing higher wages. Getting inflation to come down will require a number of variables to come together, she adds.
