JetBlue, CarMax and Rivian Down, Occidental and Eli Lilly Up

JetBlue Airways (JBLU) made an all-cash offer of $3.6B to buy Spirit Airlines (SAVE). In February, Frontier Airlines (ULCC) announced a deal to buy Spirit Airlines for $2.9B in cash and stock.
