Arbor Realty Trust (ABR) In A Strong Housing Market

Arbor Realty Trust (ABR) is one of the best performing Mortgage REITs. They have had nine consecutive years of dividend growth. The outlook for the 2021 housing market is really, really strong and I think it will trend in 2022, says Ivan Kaufman, CEO of Arbor Realty Trust. He thinks lumber will come back to the right levels come September, but labor has been scarce. He feels after "the last hoorah" of the summer, the housing market will come back to normal with supply, labor, and lumber more in line around September.
