The Strength of the U.S. Dollar (/DX) And Yield Curve Expectations

The U.S. Dollar (/DX) has upside for up to the next three months, says Luca Paolini of Pictet Asset Management. He says the Dollar benefits from weakened global growth. They maintain their neutral stance on equities. They are underweight economically sensitive sectors including consumer discretionary stocks. In fixed income they are underweight riskier bonds such as U.S. high yield debt. He gives his thoughts on the yield curve.
