"The Twitter (TWTR) situation is 50/50 with Elon Musk potentially walking away from the deal. At this point, it comes down to renegotiation. There was a significant decrease in Tesla's (TSLA) market cap because of Twitter," says Dan Ives. Will Elon Musk be sued for billions of Dollars if he abandons the Twitter dear? "Tesla (TSLA) stock remains a favorite along with Apple (AAPL) and Microsoft (MSFT)," Ives adds. He has an outperform rating on the TSLA stock with a $1,000 price target.
