Semiconductors Lower After China Issues Complaint & JNJ To Pay $9.8B

Semiconductor stocks are under pressure after China issues a complaint. Renita Young discusses this as China's commerce ministry says that Japan is "obstructing chip industry cooperation." Nvidia (NVDA), AMD (AMD), Intel (INTC) are all lower in the premarket. She also talks about how Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) has to pay $9.8B to resolve talc claims which is payable over 25 years.
