Stock Market Today: VF Corp (VFC) Lower After Guidance, United Airlines (UAL) Higher After Upgrade

The Dow dropped 1.4%, in addition the NASDAQ-100 and Russell 2000 which also declined. All 11 sectors were lower on the day with consumer discretionary, energy, and financials all down about 3% each. VF Corp (VFC) ended down 11% after it lowered revenue and earnings expectations. Salesforce (CRM) closed 7% lower after the company announced the CEO and Co-Founder will exit. United Airlines (UAL) ended higher after an upgrade from Morgan Stanley. The U.S. International Trade Balance data will be released tomorrow at 8:30am eastern and AutoZone (AZO), MongoDB (MDB), Dave& Busters (PLAY), and Toll Brothers (TOL) are all upcoming earnings to watch for.
