VF Corp (VFC) With A Compelling Valuation

VF Corp (VFC) is the parent company of Vans, Timberland, Supreme, Dickies, and The North Face. The VFC stock price is down 23% year-to-date. Williams Trading double upgraded the VFC stock to buy from sell with a $27 price target. The analyst stated that management realized they had put undue pressure for growth at the potential expense of the brand sanctity of much of its portfolio. “Inventories were bloated over the last year, which is why VF Corp had to cut prices and also, why the stock price is down. However, VF Corp is profitable and there seems to be room for improvement,” says George Tsilis.
