Reva Shakkottai talks about the market reaction and expectations for market volatility amid the attack as well as what it means for the Federal Reserve, which is expected to raise interest rates at least three times this year starting in March. Regarding inflation, Shakkottai says it is still a story of too much demand chasing too few goods, but that now consumers are pivoting back to services spending and retail inventories are building, which could help alleviate inflationary pressure.
