Who We Are

TD Ameritrade Media Productions Company (“Media Company,” “we” or “us”) creates audio, visual, audio-visual, textual, photographic, other multimedia content about financial and market news, education, and newsworthy related issues, under the brand “TD Ameritrade Network” (TDAN), and distributes said content through a variety of channels, including this site located at <tdameritradenetwork.com> (the “Site”) (collectively the “Service”). We are a subsidiary of TD Ameritrade Holding Company, and affiliate of various broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other financial services providers that are also subsidiaries of TD Ameritrade Holding Company. TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Charles Schwab Corporation.

What We Collect

Through your use of the Site, we collect the IP address of your computer, browser type, the application you use to access the Site (i.e., browser or mobile) operating system, your mobile device, device ID, the state or country from which you accessed this Site (based on IP address), the date and the time of a visit, the number of links you click within this Site, the features you use on this Site, and the searches you request on this Site. What We Collect From Clients of Our Affiliates

If you have a brokerage or other client account with one of our broker-dealer, investment advisor, or other financial services provider affiliates, then we may collect additional information about you. For example, if you have a brokerage account with one of our broker-dealer affiliates, then if you are simultaneously logged into your brokerage account and accessing the Site in a separate browser window, of access the Site without first logging out of your brokerage account or closing your browser, then we may receive demographic information from our affiliate based on your account characteristics and activity. Similarly, if you view the Site through the thinkorswim® platform, we collect similar information about your activity on the thinkorswim platform under similar limitations. We do not receive any information that would allow us to tie any account activity to you personally or see the details of your account or trading activity.
