Weeks into earnings season, Michael Rosen breaks down what we’ve seen so far. He says earnings have generally been strong and near record levels, but that inflation and supply chain constraints continue to drag on growth. In regards to the Fed and inflation concerns, Rosen says that inflation is not transitory and isn’t sure the Fed will be able to catch up to it. Rosen adds that market corrections are buying opportunities, and is using cash to take advantage of emerging volatility.
