Microsoft (MSFT) Restructures Activision (ATVI) Deal & Macy's (M) Falls After Earnings

Microsoft (MSFT) restructures Activision (ATVI) deal to appease U.K. regulators. MSFT will now "acquire a narrower set of rights" and cloud streaming rights of ATVI games may be transferred to Ubisoft (UBI). Alex Coffey discusses this, along with Macy's (M) most recent earnings.
