Netflix (NFLX) is trading higher after a Wall Street Journal report of another price hike after strikes. NFLX plans to raise the prices of its ad-free service post-strike. NFLX is discussing price hikes globally but will likely start in the U.S. or Canada. According to the Wall Street Journal, the cost of ad-free streaming is up 25%. NFLX stopper offering its $9.99 ad-free tier in the U.S. in July and launched its ad-supported tier at $6.99-a-month last November. Alex Coffey weighs in on this story.
